A helmet's job, on your desk.

For six centuries a helmet's job was to guard what mattered. The Crest keeps that job and changes what it guards: the headphones you reach for every day. It guards in the only way a stand can, by giving them a place of their own. A dark shape on the desk, there when you work and there when you stop.

Questions.

The Crest

Will my headphones fit?

We don't list models. Measure yours against the helmet: it is 12 cm wide and 14.5 cm deep, on a column 3 cm across the flats.

How big is it?

25.4 cm tall, on a round base 14 cm across. The helmet is 12 cm wide and 14.5 cm deep. A tray at the front of the base, 7 × 3.8 cm and 6 mm deep, holds your keys.

What is it made of?

Matte black PLA, a plant-based plastic, with some parts in TPU, a flexible plastic. No paint, no glue.

How is it made?

Layer by layer on a 3D printer, in our studio in the UK, one stand at a time. Each takes about 24 hours, about 13 of them for the helmet. We check every stand before it ships.

Who makes it?

Two of us. We drew the Crest and make every one ourselves.

How do I look after it?

Dust it with a soft, dry cloth. PLA softens with heat, so keep it away from radiators and hot cars.
