Shipping and Delivery

Every order ships free with tracking.

Because some of what we sell is made by hand rather than pulled off a shelf, delivery times vary by product. The arrival window is shown on each product page — that's the figure to go by.

We aim to dispatch within 2 business days.

All delivery times are estimates. They may vary during peak seasons and holidays, or because of circumstances outside our control such as customs or courier delays.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order once it ships. You can use it to follow your parcel until it arrives.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Wrong or Undelivered Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
