Shipping policy
Zivol ships to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. Every order ships free, with tracking.
Delivery times
From your order to your door, delivery usually takes:
- Heated Socks: 5 to 11 business days to the US, 14 to 20 working days to the UK.
- Nightcaps: 8 to 11 business days to the US, 7 to 9 working days to the UK.
Each product page shows the dates for an order placed today. All delivery times are estimates: they may run longer in peak seasons and holidays, or because of circumstances outside our control such as customs or courier delays.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order once it ships. You can use it to follow your parcel until it arrives.
Customs and import duties
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Wrong or undelivered address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
