Zivol Pure runs every drop through a long coconut-shell activated carbon cartridge before it reaches you. Activated carbon is the same media used in water treatment the world over — it holds chlorine and sediment as the water passes through. Will it fit my shower?
Yes. It threads onto any standard UK shower hose — the same fitting your current head uses. Hand-tight is enough, no tools and no plumber needed. Takes about sixty seconds.
What arrives in the box?
The Zivol Pure shower head in your chosen finish, with a 149 mm carbon cartridge already fitted inside. Nothing to assemble, nothing extra to buy — it filters from your very first shower.
How often does the cartridge need changing?
Around every 90 days with normal daily use. When you pull the old one out, its colour tells you exactly what it has been holding back.
Which replacement cartridge do I need?
The 149 mm long-format cartridge only. Shorter 91 mm cartridges sold for other shower heads will not fit Zivol Pure. Our replacement packs are the correct format — available as a single or a three-pack.
What is the cartridge made of?
Coconut-shell activated carbon. Water passes through it on the way to the spray face, and the carbon holds chlorine and sediment.
Does it work with an electric shower?
It is rated for water between 0 and 80°C, which covers standard UK hot water. If your shower uses a non-standard hose fitting, check the thread before ordering.
What finishes are available?
Three — Graphite Grey, Sand Beige and Blush Pink. The same 149 mm cartridge sits inside all three.
